This week for Child Safety Week, our Terrapins have been busy learning important life skills through hands-on tuff tray activities. ππ¦βοΈ
The children explored fire safety, road safety and basic first aid through play, discussion and problem-solving. We are so proud of how engaged they were.
Learning through play helps children build confidence and develop valuable skills that will stay with them for years to come. Well done, Terrapins! π

ππ¨ What an exciting day for our Year 5 pupils and Turtle Class!
Today we were treated to a fantastic interactive theatre performance all about air quality, sustainability and looking after our environment. We joined Abbie Ayre, her scientist Gran Dr Rosemary Ayre, her friend Charlie and the amazing supercomputer Derek 5000 on an adventure to discover the causes of air pollution and how we can all help make our world a cleaner, healthier place.
The engaging performance encouraged our children to think about the impact of their everyday choices, explore sustainable ways of travelling, and learn how they can help improve air quality in their local community.
A huge thank you to the team for delivering such a fun, educational and inspiring experience. Our pupils were fully engaged and left with lots of ideas about how they can make a positive difference to the world around them! π±πΆββοΈπ²
