Here is one of my students from this year. Leo got grade 9s for both Language and Literature. In fact, his Literature mark was 156/160 (and this was the subject he struggled with a bit more!). His mother wrote to me: 'He put in a huge amount of hard work and determination, but your tuition, advice and experience were invaluable in helping to get him into that top band in both Literature and Language. Feel free to refer to the results in your promotional patter if ever you feel it may help, although I’m quite sure your reputation already precedes you, and rightfully so!' Excellent results from my 30+ tutees this year. From Fraser, who was around a Level 3 when we started and gained a 5 and a 6 (only 2 marks off a 6 and a 7 in each), to Raiyan (who struggles with autism and was around Level 4s) achieving two Level 7s.
