Hello everyone!

As 2024 comes to an end, we’re thrilled to reflect on this past year and share exciting updates about The Mix Café. It’s been a year of growth, community, and connection, and we’re eager to build on this momentum as we look forward to 2025.

* At The Mix Café, we’ve worked hard to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone. Our focus has been on providing ethically sourced coffee, delicious food, and a place where people can gather, connect, and feel a sense of belonging.

Here are some of our 2024 highlights:
* Revitalizing The Mix Café: With the support of our amazing team and the partnership with Gold & Black Coffee, we’ve transformed The Mix Café into a vibrant hub for the community, offering incredible coffee, homemade treats, and a welcoming atmosphere.
* Community Events and gathering: From Tea & Talk, Cookery club, Chess club, we’ve hosted a range of events and community gathering to bring people together, inspire creativity, and foster meaningful connections.
*Supporting Local Initiatives: We’ve proudly partnered with local organizations to support causes close to our hearts, including supplementary school and Birmingham city schools partnerships and Birmingham united football team
*Youth Engagement: The café has become a space for young people to learn, grow, and express themselves, whether through work experience opportunities or participating in community projects.

Exciting Plans for 2025:
We’re gearing up for another exciting year and are thrilled to announce some upcoming initiatives:
• Birmingham Youth Entrepreneurs Club: We’ll be hosting this club to inspire and support young entrepreneurs with workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking opportunities.
• Cookery Club: A weekly club where participants can learn, share, and explore their culinary skills with guidance from talented cooks and chefs in the community.
• Tea & Talk Club: A welcoming and inclusive space to connect over a cup of tea and meaningful conversations, promoting mental well-being and fostering connections within the community.
