Have you experienced the neonatal journey as a parent and want to use your experience to support other families?
Noah's Star is looking for a compassionate and friendly Community Support Worker to join our team.
💙 10 hours per week
💙 Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata)
💙 Based in Birmingham
💙 Fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027

This role will involve delivering peer support groups and family activities within Family Hubs and community settings, helping families build connections and ensuring that no one faces their neonatal journey alone.

Applicants must have personal lived experience of neonatal care through being a parent of a baby who required admission to a neonatal unit.

⏰ Babies are welcome to attend any of the three sessions. Please note that two of the sessions will also include toddlers, so if you would prefer a calmer environment you may wish to consider the baby-only session!
