Friday evening reflection!

Take a moment to acknowledge and be proud of who you are and the difference you make!

I am fortunate to be surrounded by many talented, amazing and lovely people who do great things and help so many people without even recognising it!

Today I simply want to say thank you and I appreciate you!

I will also be taking time to say to myself I'm proud of me too.

So a month ago I turned 40! I had the most amazing time and celebrations with loved ones and feel truly grateful for the effort and love by the people closest to me, who ensured I had the best ever time!

In the months leading up to my birthday I couldn't bear to hear the number 40 and couldn't think about celebrating the day.
Reaching this milestone made me reflect on life and at times made me think I haven't achieved as much as what I would have liked to and am not where I should be in life!

However I had to call myself out on this Bs and negative thought patterns and tell myself it's a privelage to turn 40 that alot of people don't get.

I'm excited for this new decade and what the future holds x

We are officially half way through 2021 and it's time for a mid year review.

It's time to take stock and evaluate where we are at, what we have achieved so far and what we would like to achieve throughout the rest of 2021.

Ask yourself the following questions as a starting point!

1) How are you feeling right now?
2) What has been the best thing that has happened so far this year?
3)What would you most like to achieve by the end of 2021
