When you feel like you have to do everything perfectly to be enough, every mistake can feel much bigger than it really is.💔

One mistake does not define you, it does not make you less worthy.

You don’t have to prove yourself by always doing things right. You are still worthy of love, respect and peace, even when things go wrong.

You will make mistakes. You will have bad days. And that’s okay.

Maybe you don’t need to stop making mistakes and you just need to stop being so hard on yourself when you do.🧡

I’m a coach, and I’m not afraid to admit that…

1. Difficult times can make me withdraw socially, even though I’m naturally extroverted and communicative.
2. No matter how much value I bring to others, I struggle to scale my own business because of my own doubts and fears.
3. I can easily see the potential in others, but I find it much harder to see it in myself, partly because I lacked support growing up.
4. Helping and supporting others is a big part of who I am, but I find it incredibly difficult to allow myself to be helped and supported in return.

But that’s exactly why I can help other women.🧡
