Nobody talks enough about the gap between education and opportunity.
A year ago, we had the privilege of engaging with more than 100 students at Ebonyi State University in Nigeria through our YEEL Initiative.
What stood out wasn’t the event itself. It was one thing, that the challenge many young people face is often access. Access to mentorship. Access to practical knowledge. Access to opportunities that help young people connect education with meaningful career and leadership pathways.
Those conversations reinforced why this work matters.
They also reminded us that youth development cannot stop at academic achievement alone. Young people need exposure, confidence, leadership skills, and environments that help them see what’s possible.
This is why initiatives like YEEL remain important.
They contribute directly to the goals behind SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
As we continue our Year of Movement, we’re committed to expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and creating more opportunities for young people across different communities.
The future is already here. The question is whether we’re investing in it.

Anchors all over the world! 🌻
We’re already halfway through the year.. 2026 marks Anchor of Destiny Global’s Year of Movement.
Through the YEEL Initiative (Youth Empowerment & Education in Leadership Scheme), we are expanding our commitment to education access and youth leadership development.
While significant progress has been made globally, educational inequality remains a challenge in many communities. Beyond school attendance, many students still face barriers such as limited learning resources, under resourced educational environments, and a lack of access to leadership development opportunities.
Our aim is to help bridge that gap.
In 2026, our focus for the YEEL Initiative includes:
• Expanding scholarship support for vulnerable students
• Strengthening university and college leadership hubs
• Supporting classroom enhancement projects in under resourced schools
• Scaling leadership development programmes across regions
Our vision is to equip young people with the tools, opportunities, and leadership capacity needed in the market place and beyond.. to create lasting impact within their communities and beyond.
We welcome collaboration with schools, universities, organisations, businesses, and individuals who share this commitment.
Movement means measurable impact.

Statistics say that the number one fear of human beings is public speaking, followed by death. Imagine fearing a microphone more than your own death?.. But where does this fear actually originate from?
When you truly understand the foundation, the root, and the genesis of a fear, it completely loses its power over you. It becomes something you can easily deconstruct, work through, and conquer.
The fear of public speaking is called glossophobia
From meeting our founder Lady K at the airport on her way to Poland, to joining the intensive communication workshop Tell It Bold.. Pastor Joshua had a life changing experience!
During our intensive Tell It Bold class in Poland 🇵🇱, we broke down exactly where this fear hides, why it paralyzes us, and how to stop letting it rob you of the global impact you are capable of making.
Your audience is waiting for your voice. Stop letting an illusion hold you hostage.
Want to learn how to master your message and conquer the room?
Message us the word “INTENSIVE” right now, and we’ll send you the exclusive details to join our next cohort. Coming soon!
Don’t forget to follow us for more raw strategies on public speaking, leadership, and identity!
“I thought public speaking was only about standing in front of a crowd of people.”
Anchors all over the world! 🌻
During the practical sessions of our intensive Tell It Bold public speaking class in Poland 🇵🇱 , Blessed shared a powerful truth that every leader needs to hear.
She completely redefined her understanding of communication. Public speaking isn’t reserved for a massive stage or a major crowd, it is simply effective communication, encompassing your one on one sessions, executive meetings, and daily peer interactions. It is anything you say outside of yourself.
Once she realized that alignment means your body language and words must tell the same story, everything shifted.
Her biggest breakthrough? Realizing the audience has no idea when you make a mistake. If you just get on with your speech, the fear completely loses its grip. Knowing this unlocked a completely new trajectory for her leadership presence.
Ready to elevate your communication and lead with unshakeable authority? Send me a DM with the word “INTENSIVE” to secure a spot for our next cohort, coming soon!

AI can clone your tone, script your thoughts, and post on your schedule but it can’t heal a room.
During the practicals right after our intensive Tell It Bold public speaking class in Poland 🇵🇱, we put our delegates on the spot. No scripts, Just raw ex*****on under pressure.
Watch Blessed practice what she just learned.
When answering the question of why human communication still matters in the age of AI, she makes a critical point: AI can complement our work, but it should never solely be the only thing we use. When we use our actual voice, the audience feels the tone and the emotion.
She leaned into the exercise and argued that a real human voice possesses the unique ability to bring deep healing to an audience, hitting areas they didn’t even realize were broken.
If you rely solely on digital tools to speak for you, you’re slowly erasing your own capacity to lead under pressure.
The practicals don’t lie. They expose whether you’re just hiding behind a screen or if you’re actually willing to do the intensive work required to command a room.
You don’t master communication by sitting in a chair taking notes. You master it by standing up, and practicing, speaking, until your voice carries the weight of your conviction. Stop outsourcing your communication. We need to hear your voice.
AI can mimic the structure, but it can never replicate the soul.

Some leaders have been hidden for so long they’ve started believing they’re small.
Last night, I had the honour of opening the 2026 Women’s Experience Conference as the keynote speaker hosted by Upper Room Ministries in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦.
Thank you to Pastor Edith Kazibwe and the entire Upper Room Ministries family for trusting me with the opening assignment.
My message was simple:
Arise.
To the woman who’s been carrying everyone else while neglecting herself. Arise.
To the leader who’s spent years questioning whether she belongs in the room. Arise.
To the entrepreneur who’s been sitting on the vision God gave her. Arise.
To the woman who’s allowed disappointment, fear, rejection, or past mistakes to convince her that her best days are behind her. Arise.
I came as a midwife. Not to give women something they don’t have. To help pull out what God already placed inside them.
Your hidden season wasn’t punishment. It was preparation.
Now move, because water that doesn’t move for too long starts to smell, and some of us have been standing in the same place for far too long.
If this speaks to where you are right now, save it for the day you need the reminder.

Don’t waste a hidden season trying to look visible. Use it to become undeniable.
It’s crazy because I was just in Poland teaching Tell It Bold, and now I’m preparing to minister in Toronto again after being here in March. Still processing how real this all feels sometimes.
Honestly? One thing I’m learning in this season is this: Your life can change very quickly when you stop treating your voice casually.
A lot of people think opportunities appear when you become important, they don’t. They appear when you become consistent enough to be trusted with rooms.
Most people want visibility. Very few people prepare for responsibility.
The theme for tomorrow at the Women’s Experience 2026 is “Arise Unseen Woman” (Isaiah 60:1). A lot of women quietly relate to this title more than they admit. They’re carrying vision, strength, leadership, and gifts, but still feel completely hidden.
There are rooms I prayed for years ago that now feel normal to me. Not because I’m special, because I stayed. Stayed learning. Stayed building. Stayed showing up. Stayed speaking even when nobody was listening yet.
God will often develop you in hidden rooms before He trusts you in visible ones. That process is uncomfortable, but it’s necessary.
Tomorrow isn’t just another event. I know women are walking in carrying deep exhaustion, disappointment, and silent leadership burdens. My genuine prayer is that you leave lighter than you came.
Toronto, the foundation is set. Let’s move.
📌 Save this post right now for the days you feel behind in life. Join us, if you’re ready to stop treating your voice casually.
