PLAN AHEAD

Understand what you want. Programming tonnes of
leg exercises into a workout if you are trying to build
muscle in you upperbody is not effective and a waste of
precious time.
.

Set your priorities, Priority 1 Muscle building -
Compound exercises 1,2,3
..

Use supersets and circuits, Exercise 1&2 (opposing
muscles) back to back.
Chest press/Chest supported row.

ARE YOU CONSTANTLY THINKING OF FAT LOSS?

It may be good for you, but its not for everyone. For many fat loss is the priority but could be setting you back.


Especially if there aren't any health implications if you don't lose weight, but It causes mental health implications.



Could there be another goal that you can prioritise. It doesn't mean you completely disregard it, but could you re-prioritise your goals? To something that might make you happier?

Bones breaking, muscle torn, ability diminished, confidence eroded, discipline fades.

Doing something difficult can help you to overcome these problems, exercise and strength training stresses the body and allows you to make these problems more manageable.

Voluntary stress can help control your reaction to involuntary stress.

Do something difficult.
