Its always important to have fun with what your doing, that being said when it’s time to work - the switch must get flicked and the work must get put in.
Sometimes as a coach it is my duty to flick that switch and it is their job to put the work in.

The pictures show both , It’s a pleasure to coach these lads and their results speak for themselves about the work they both put in.
