Into the woods we go! It was lovely to be back at ROAM forest school for our first time this year! After playing with our friends it was off to wash off the mud in the stream… but I think we came out muddier than when we went in 🙈.

Nothing better than a camp fire, marshmallows and hot chocolate on a cold winters day.🔥🪵

Off to school in 2026! Practicing name writing has begun! We’ve been mark making on different types of surfaces using pens, pencils, chalk and more. It’s all paid off as now the children can almost write their names 🤗

Christmas has arrived at Apple Drops! We kicked off our story book advent calendar with a tale about a very naughty snowman! Then decorated Christmas jumpers with tissue paper and glitter.✨

We love celebrating birthdays with bubbles, light parties and ‘pass the parcel’!🎁

Sometimes it’s the simple things that bring the greatest joy🎈

Celebrating Remembrance Day… “we will remember them”❤️

This week at Cotteridge Park Forest school was all about Stickman! We had lots of fun hunting for sticks ahead of the session, making our own stickman and settling down to share the stickman story with our friends. 🌳

Learning how to walk in wellies isn’t as easy as you might think. If at first you don’t succeed… try and try again 😊
