Banners are out and ready for our Open Day this Saturday 2nd April 2022, 10am til 2pm, hopefully the sunshine 🌞 will be too.

This will be the first time we have been able to invite you all into our setting since Welcome Nurseries took over at the end May last year due to the pandemic.

Many changes have happened and we are excited to show you and share our future plans.😊

We had a little visitor whilst we were cleaning out our outdoor sandpit ready for the new sand to arrive on Friday,

This has sparked some lovely conversations about him having yellow eyes, being muddy and needing a bath.

The children discussed letting him free into the field to find his family and friends.

🌷🌻Sundays in the Spring are all about the garden 🌷🌻

Learning through play outdoors offers a range of benefits and we are very lucky that our garden overlooks fresh green fields

Today's focus as been to create an accessible mud kitchen area where children can make mud pies, worm crumble and pick herbs for their pizza.

Our bath is now ready for the children to plant some flowers, fruit and vegetables.

As many of you know we have been extremely busy behind the scenes renovationing our indoors to create a more calm natural environment for your children to learn through play.

There will be lots to do including
🎨 Face painting
🏆 Tombola and lucky dip
🏆 Raffle
🍬 Sweet stall
