Good decisions start with good data. ✅

Many teams already work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, reports and customer information every day. But when that data is inconsistent, unclear or difficult to interpret, it slows decision-making, increases manual work and limits productivity. 📈

Richmond's Level 3 Data Technician programme equips employees with the practical skills to collect, clean, structure, and present data effectively, while using AI tools to streamline everyday tasks. The training is designed for real workplace application, helping businesses improve reporting, reduce administration and make more informed decisions.

For SMEs, it's an affordable, practical way to strengthen in-house data capability and build confidence across the team—all through flexible online learning.

Build data confidence with Richmond.

26/06/2026

Wednesday marked the launch of our latest Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship “Change Makers” programme cohort, and we were delighted to welcome 28 new apprentices from the University of Reading and Henley Business School.

Over the next 18 months, these 28 Change Makers will develop cutting-edge AI and automation skills through a blend of learning and practical application. What makes this programme unique is our consultancy-led delivery model, which goes beyond theory and focuses on real-world impact.

From day one, apprentices will be working on live AI and automation projects within the university and business school, applying their learning directly to organisational challenges and opportunities. This hands-on approach enables meaningful transformation to begin almost immediately, creating value for both the apprentices and their organisations.

We’re excited to see the innovation, improvements, and lasting change that this cohort will help deliver throughout their journey.
