Firstly, **good luck to everyone receiving their results today!** 🤞

We know how much hard work goes into getting to this point, and hopefully you get the results you were hoping for.

But if Maths hasn’t quite gone to plan, **don’t panic – there is always an alternative.**

Need a Maths qualification equivalent to a **GCSE Grade 4?**

Our **Functional Skills Level 2 Maths** programme could be an option.

The course includes:

📚 **5 x one-to-one tutor sessions** tailored to you
📝 Mock exams and exam preparation
🎓 Functional Skills Level 2 Maths exam
🔄 One resit, if needed
➕ Additional one-to-one sessions available at £40 each

The full programme costs **£650**, with the option to spread the cost over **three months**.

✔ Relevant qualifications and strong occupational experience in **Adult Care and/or Children & Young People’s Services**
✔ A passion for developing and supporting others
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Confidence working independently and as part of a supportive team
✔ Comfortable using digital systems and technology
✔ Someone who wants to make a genuine difference to apprentices and their careers

🎓 **Previous assessing or teaching experience is welcome but NOT essential.**

For the right person, we can support you to complete the **Level 3 Learning and Skills Assessor Apprenticeship** and develop into a fully qualified Skills Coach-Assessor.

Something different to visit over the weekend was a sight to see: sailing past our offices into the Albert Dock in Liverpool.

The ship is a faithful recreation of the famous Nao Santa Maria, which sailed to the Americas in 1492.

🎉 **A Huge Congratulations to Connor Wood!** 🎉

We are delighted to celebrate **Connor Wood**, who has successfully completed his **Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship**, achieving an outstanding overall grade of **DISTINCTION!** 🌟👏

It may have taken a little while to get to that final EPA, but Connor stuck with it, got it done and came away with the **highest grade possible** – making the wait absolutely worthwhile!

Achieving a Distinction is a fantastic reflection of Connor’s knowledge, skills and commitment to his role and everything he has put into his apprenticeship.

**A brilliant achievement and very well deserved.** You should be incredibly proud of yourself, Connor! 🎓🥳

🎉 Congratulations to Gemma Finn! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Gemma Finn, who has successfully graduated from her Level 5 Children, Young People and Families Manager Apprenticeship, achieving an overall Pass! 🎓👏🤩

This has been a long journey, and along the way Gemma faced a number of challenges that tested her determination and resilience. Despite the obstacles, she remained committed to her learning and has now achieved a fantastic milestone that reflects all of her hard work and perseverance.

Becoming a qualified Children, Young People and Families Manager is a significant achievement, and Gemma should be incredibly proud of everything she has accomplished.🎉🥳😎

A huge congratulations to Daniel Moyo on successfully completing his Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4 Apprenticeship with an overall Pass! 👏

Daniel's achievement is even more impressive as many areas of his Professional Discussion were awarded Distinction grades, reflecting the high standard of knowledge, professionalism and commitment he demonstrated throughout his apprenticeship.

This is a fantastic accomplishment and one that Daniel should be incredibly proud of. We have no doubt he has a bright future ahead, and we're excited to see him continue his journey as he progresses onto the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship.

At Dianthas Ltd, we see every day how building confidence with maths can help learners grow in work, education, and everyday life. National Numeracy Day is a brilliant reminder that maths isn’t about being “good at school maths” — it’s about gaining the confidence to use numbers in the real world. 💪✨

From learners returning to education after many years, to apprentices pushing themselves to achieve new qualifications, we’re incredibly proud of everyone taking steps to improve their numeracy skills. 🌟

And yes… somewhere in the office there’s probably a maths tutor celebrating with a calculator and a coffee right now ☕😂
