Diver Medic Technician Course Emergency Services Training College The Diver Medic Technician course was previously run at the Hyperbaric Unit, Murrayfield hospital. The course is now run at our new facility.

Diver Medic Technician (IMCA Accredited)

The centre is situated within our elite platform Emergency Services Training Centre and houses the very best in offshore and emergency service technology. The equipment is designed to give total immersion during training to allow the student to experience the realities of offshore emergency situations. The medical aspects of the course are taught using the

most up to date medical simulators. The Diver Medic Technicians course is run under the accreditation of IMCA.This accreditation is gained through audit and as a result we have to demonstrate the ability to deliver courses to an exemplary standard. The facility has just renewed its accreditation and was commended for developing a centre of excellence in the training of DMTs. The course is delivered by experienced instructors who have worked or still work in the offshore sector. Most of our Diver Medic Technicians will know the team from Murrayfield Hospital Wirral.
