Year 10 child development students had a fantastic time at Birkenhead Park today, taking part in a series of educational activities linked to the forest school and applying the theory they have learnt this year in a practical setting.

'Celebrating passion, recognising excellence'. This afternoon's special Sports Awards assembly was a way for the PE department to say a collective thank you to all the students who have represented the school at football and/or netball this year. Well done, everyone!

The weather was definitely kinder for our second group of DoE Bronze Award students who were in North Wales last week. Good luck to the Silver Award group who head to the Lake District tomorrow on day one of their three-day expedition.
