🔭 We're really flattered to be credited as one of the North West's most remarkable creative spaces but have to emphasise that's it's all because of the amazing community of people , both local and international that come through here and make the place what it is

Messy Mondays @ Bidston Observatory

These are informal summer holiday get-togethers for bigger people looking after smaller people, with a creative workshop run by a local artist.

The group runs on Mondays between 10am - 12pm.

20th July - Forraged Sculptures with Tom
27th July - Forraged Sculptures with Tom
3rd Aug - Giant performance with Isaac & Ange
10th Aug - Tai Chi with Huicong
17th Aug - Giant performance with Isaac & Ange
24th Aug - Tai Chi with Huicong

Each Monday we'll have time to play, take part in a creative activity (pls wear clothes for getting messy in) and if you'd like to bring your own picnic, we can have lunch together in the garden after. Free tea & coffee, juice & biscuits.

All ages welcome. Places are limited!

Joining costs £4 per child, please pay by cash or card on the day. (Kids must be accompanied).

This Bank Holiday Monday is the BOARC ART MARKET & OPEN DAY

Date: Monday 6th April (Easter Monday) ART MARKET & OPEN DAY

Times: 12pm - 6pm

Locations: Ground Floor and Basement and possibly outdoors / weather dependent

Entry Price: £3 Entry Adults, £1.50 Children, 5 and under go free

BOARC Open Day Tours 1pm and 3pm

DOMES FM - community radio open decks from 1:30pm to 6pm

All are welcome!

We are so excited to have so many incredible collectives and individuals participating in this brilliant event that celebrates the eclectic communities in and around Birkenhead and beyond.

We will have original art works on sale from artists, table top clothes/ bric and brac sale, open deck community radio hosted by Domes FM and community organisers sharing information about how to get involved with wider community projects. And as if that wasn't enough activity for yous, will also have plenty of yummy food and drink offerings from grilled sandwiches, tea and cake and a bar.
