Customer Service & Food Safety course coming to Reach! 📍

Following the success of our previous Customer Service in Hospitality course at Reach, we’re delighted to be returning this September!

Our learners told us they particularly valued the supportive learning environment, interactive teaching and practical skills they gained, with 100% saying they would recommend the course to a friend.

Our new course is a great opportunity to build your confidence, develop practical hospitality skills and gain two accredited Level 2 qualifications, with additional support available to help you take your next steps towards employment.

Yesterday, we joined Healthbox CIC at their Community Fun Day in Whitby Park, Ellesmere Port! 🌻

Despite the rain, we had a brilliant time meeting members of the local community, getting involved in the activities and planting sunflowers!

We’re also excited to be delivering our Level 1 Stress Awareness course at the brand-new Ellesmere Port Community Hub, located upstairs at Asda! 📚

The course is a great opportunity to:

🎓 Gain a recognised qualification
🤝 Meet new people and connect with your community

Today we’re delivering a Little Minds, Big Feelings session in partnership with Warrington Women’s Aid

We’re exploring emotions through fun, creative and mindful activities, including creating our very own positivity jars ✨

A lovely session focused on building confidence, understanding feelings and creating happy memories together!

We recently donated some slow cookers to Trussell where they’ll be passed on to families referred through their debt advice team, as well as young people referred by the Probation Service 💚

It was lovely to hear how pleased they were to receive them, and we’re looking forward to hearing more about how they’ll help the people and families they support.

A small contribution that we hope will make everyday life a little easier 😊
