3D Training is a Wirral‑based training provider offering high‑quality, engaging programmes that help people build confidence, develop new skills, and move forward in life and work. We support individuals, communities, and organisations across the Liverpool City Region and beyond, with a team that brings extensive experience and a genuine passion for making a positive impact. We specialise in two key areas: Community Training and Corporate Training. Our Community Training programmes are fully funded and designed to support people who are unemployed, looking to reskill, or facing barriers such as low confidence, mental health challenges, or recovery from addiction. These programmes cover a wide range of subjects including mental health, counselling, specific learning difficulties, children and young people’s mental health, challenging behaviours, volunteering and mentoring, substance misuse, and domestic abuse. Training is delivered flexibly in local venues or online. Our Corporate Training is tailored to the needs of organisations and focuses on developing staff skills, improving performance, and creating positive workplace cultures. We offer training in leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, change management, conflict resolution, team empowerment, customer service, health and safety, first aid, IT skills such as Microsoft Office, and CMI‑accredited leadership and management qualifications. All programmes are delivered by industry specialists and designed around organisational goals. Our work is guided by three core values: understanding, dynamic energy, and meaningful impact.
