Therefore, could I ask parents to ensure we have at least one email address per household to receive these. For separated parents, please ensure we have both parents email addresses and kindly inform us if you are separated and require a second email sending.

Keyworkers

If you have contacted the school to ask for a child care place I can confirm you have a place for your child. School will be open from 8.45am to 3.15pm. Firbobs will also be providing before and after school care for which you will need to contact them directly - www.firbobsclubs.com/manor-primary/. Children are not expected to wear school uniform. Please may we remind you that we are providing child care provision and not education. It would be helpful, if you haven’t already done so, to provide us with the days that you need child care for. May we remind you, in line with government guidance, that children are only to be in school when you need child care in order to minimise contact and help stop the spread of the virus. Please email [email protected] in order to tell us what you require next week and thereafter can keep us informed on a week by week basis.

Free School Meals

For all those children who are usually entitled to free school meals a packed lunch will be available to you. You can collect this from school from 12pm onwards on Monday. The government are going to provide schools with a voucher system and we are awaiting additional information about this.

Emails

Please ensure that school has an email address for you by emailing [email protected]. Each class now also has an individual email address if you need to speak to your child’s class teacher. Additional home learning will be sent through this email address as well as being posted on the school website. There is a section on the school website under the orange balloon called home learning which you will need to keep checking on a regular basis.

This dog has snuck onto our school grounds, no collar, we managed to catch him and enclose him in a small area but it's escaped when I've come in to load these photos. If anyone is looking for it, it's on the Beechwood Estate area. Seems trained, sat when told.
