Hello! We are all winding up for the Christmas Fair next week but find ourselves without the one person all the kids want to see! Our Santa has retired this year and we need to find another willing body to fill the red suit.

So please please please, if you know a friend, neighbour, granddad who might be willing to help us out, then would you let me know as soon as possible. The grotto is open for 1.5 hours next Friday afternoon if someone could be persuaded!

It can be yours for the price of 1 square on my board (if you are going to Sparkle night, that is!) But you will want to buy more, many more squares than that, no?

Last call for Sparkle night tickets! One table left now!

Although it is now past the deadline, tickets will be held at £35 each until the 6th November.

Apologies for the mix up but there was a typo on the original letter. It should have been £35 per head / £70 for two.

If you have paid the extra and you would like to give me a new cheque then please do so after half term and I will tear up the old one.

Alternatively the extra will be added to the money raised on the night and used to directly benefit the children. I have contacted directly all those that this affects!

Just a little update to say that the much awaited Sparkle Night will be at Crouchers on Friday 13th November.

Letters to parents going out either late this week or early next week. Lots of yummy auction prizes coming in already although there's always room for more!

A huge thank you to all the children and parents who supported our school 'mini sparkle' night yesterday. We really hope you enjoyed yourselves.

All our helpers and our entertainer commented how polite all the children were so well done everybody!

I have counted all the money now and it looks like we raised a massive £475 for the school! Brilliant!

So today I have started writing letters to companies asking for donations to the Sparkle night auction and Christmas raffles.

If you are a parent with a business and would like to donate something to these, then please please please contact me!

All the money raised from the sale of these items goes directly to the school.

Any shares of this post would be greatly appreciated.

Still maintaining sparkly statuses!

Just to let everyone know that the school disco has moved to the 25th September, not 10th July as previously posted. Sorry to disappoint anyone, but it just got too tight!

I am all sparkly today! I have booked both the adults and children's sparkle nights! Make a note of the dates!

Mini Sparkle will take place on Friday 10th July at 4.30pm in Birdham Village Hall. For Birdham Primary children only.

Sparkle night is booked for Friday 13th November at Crouchers Country hotel. Parents and friends of parents are very welcome!

As always, any likes and shares are hugely appreciated as they get the info out there!
