❤️🌍 WORLD HEART DAY – CELEBRATING OUR LITTLE HEART WARRIORS! 🌍❤️

Today we’re celebrating World Heart Day and talking all about our amazing hearts! ❤️

Our hearts work hard every single day to keep us moving, playing, learning and having fun. This is a lovely opportunity for our children to begin understanding how we can look after our hearts through being active, eating a variety of healthy foods, getting plenty of rest and looking after our wellbeing. 🥕🍎🏃‍♀️💤

But today is also about celebrating our Heart Warriors. ❤️💪

A Heart Warrior can be someone who has faced challenges with their heart, someone who supports a loved one, or simply someone who shows courage, kindness and strength every day.

We are sending lots of love to all the little and big Heart Warriors out there. You are amazing! ❤️

Today, let’s remember:

❤️ Be kind to your heart
🏃 Keep active and get moving
🥦 Enjoy a variety of healthy foods
😊 Look after our feelings and wellbeing
💪 Be brave, strong and supportive of others

Happy World Heart Day from all of us at Bircotes Preschool! ❤️🌈

🎨✨ ARTIST OF THE WEEK – TAKE THAT! ✨🎶

We’re continuing our Artist of the Week journey at Preschool, and this week we’re turning up the music and celebrating one of Britain’s best-known pop groups — TAKE THAT! 🎤🎶

Take That first came together in the late 1980s and went on to become one of the UK’s biggest pop groups. Their music has been enjoyed by parents, grandparents and children growing up over many years! ❤️

🎵 Did you know?

⭐ Take That originally formed in Manchester.

🎤 The group members selected to form the original group included Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Mark Owen, Robbie Williams and Jason Orange.

🎶 They have had lots of popular songs, including Back for Good, Greatest Day, Shine, Rule the World and Relight My Fire.

🔥 Relight My Fire became one of the group’s early number-one hits in the UK.

🌟 Back for Good, written by Gary Barlow, became a number-one hit in the UK and many other countries.

🎤 Today, Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen continue to perform together as Take That.

This week at Preschool we’ll be exploring music, rhythm, dancing, singing and performance! 🎶💃🕺

We might even have a little Take That-inspired dance party! 🎉

We’ll be encouraging the children to join in, have fun with music and discover that everyone can express themselves through music and movement. ❤️
