🐾🎒 A New School Year Begins... and a New Furry Friend Joins Our Family 🎒🐾

Tomorrow marks the start of a brand new school year, and we are so excited to welcome all of our children back to The Llewellyn School. We can't wait to hear about their summer adventures and see our classrooms filled with smiles, laughter, and learning once again.

As we begin this new chapter, we would also like to share some sad news from over the summer. Many of our school community will remember our much-loved school dog, Yogi. Sadly, Yogi passed away during the summer.
He had bravely lived with a long-term medical condition since he was just two years old, and he brought so much joy, comfort, and companionship to countless children and staff throughout his life. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

After taking some time and considering what was best for Bear, our other school dog, it was decided that he would benefit from having a new friend by his side.

So, with that, we would like to give a very warm Llewellyn welcome to Bailey! ❤️🐶

Bailey has already spent a little time in school getting used to her new surroundings and meeting some of the staff. She is settling in wonderfully and is looking forward to gradually meeting all of the children over the coming weeks.

We're sure you'll join us in remembering Yogi fondly while also welcoming Bailey as she begins her journey as part of The Llewellyn School family.

🐴 Wellies Wanted! 🐴

Our fun-loving school donkeys, Nelly and Phoebe, absolutely love playing with old wellies!
They make fantastic enrichment toys, we can hide treats inside them, and the girls enjoy carrying them around, exploring and playing.

If you have any old, unwanted wellies tucked away at home that are no longer needed, we would be incredibly grateful if you could donate them to our two cheeky girls.

Please get in touch or drop them off at school.

🎉 What a fantastic way to end another wonderful school year! 🎉

As we close the doors on another incredible year, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey.
To our amazing parents and carers, thank you for your continued support, encouragement and partnership throughout the year.
To our dedicated staff, thank you for your hard work, commitment and care every single day. And to all of our supporters, thank you for standing alongside our school community.
Most of all, a huge thank you and well done to our wonderful pupils. You have made us proud with your enthusiasm, resilience, kindness and achievements. Watching you learn, grow and succeed has been a privilege.
