Different day, different adventure. Today we looked for different birds, listened to the crickets in the bushes and watched the horses eat their food. We’re enjoying being outside whilst the weather is good.

A mixture of learning and fun while we were out in Folkestone today. We enjoyed learning about the fallen heroes and counting their footprints. We watched the squirrels while we were eating our lunch and found the hidden troll under the bridge on our way back home 😊

We had fun on our train adventure today, first time on the train for some of them today and they absolutely loved it. 🚂

We’ve had a fun time painting in the park, enjoying the fresh air and painting what we can see and painting ourselves too 😬🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Today we decided to go on a bug/flower hunt. We noticed lots of different ladybirds, butterflies, ants, flies, birds and so many different types and coloured flowers. The littles enjoyed finding the different things and seeing if they could match them to their lists to check off. So much fun and learning in one morning 😊

What we’ve waited so long for, some much needed fun and fresh air. The children loved being able to run, play and have a lovely picnic outside in the sun.

Today’s sensory play didn’t quite go to plan but we went with it and the children absolutely loved getting messy and having fun with the foam/bubble/water concoction that we ended up with.

These two activities kept the little munchkins amused and entertained for quite awhile.
They enjoyed stamping with a variety of different stamps and rollers to see what different marks and patterns they could make in the play dough.
We added a different spin to the mud kitchen yesterday, with the added smell and texture of the fruit, water and stones their play expanded to all different sorts of fruit and pud pies.
