A huge part of why I started Scribble Studio is because I never felt I had anywhere I belonged growing up, with other creative kids like myself. And I wanted to create that kind of space for others 🎨💛

A lot of the children who attend our classes and workshops for the first time feel nervous when they walk through the door.

And trust me, I get it! I was always the child clinging to my mum’s leg or bursting into tears before starting something new, even if it was something I loved.

It’s totally natural to feel apprehensive if you’ve never been somewhere, especially if you don’t know anyone.

Which is why we always make such an effort to give a warm welcome to all our students, and we keep our groups intentionally small. Not just because it allows for more student/teacher time, but because it allows children to connect and make friends more easily 💛

It fills us with so much joy to see all the friendships that have blossomed at the studio over the years. Children who’ve never met before, connecting around our tables, leading to friendships where they hang out outside of the studio too 🤩

Truly the best feeling knowing we’re helping people find their people!

All classes will be located at our ✨NEW✨ studio at 150c Main Street 🤩🥳🎨

We are now offering weekly classes on:

Please note that age ranges are recommendations, not rules. If you would like some advice when booking please feel free to message us and we’ll be happy to guide you to the most suitable class for your child 😁

We’ll be posting sessions for younger children soon as well as adults so keep an eye out or sign up to our mailing list if you don’t want to miss out!!

Summer is still in full swing but it’s only 3 weeks until our NEW Autumn timetable begins at our ✨NEW✨ studio space (pinch me!! I still can’t believe I’m saying this 😱🤩🥳)

We’ll start rolling out our new timetable this evening, (Monday) 6pm for bookings via our Eventbrite page where discounted taster sessions will be available to book for new classes 🎨🖌️

Join us for a relaxed evening of creativity, good company and gorgeous surroundings at our first Scribble Studio Sip & Paint, kindly hosted by the wonderful Martinez Wine Bar in Bingley Martinez Wines

You don’t need experience… just come along, sip, paint and enjoy some midweek escapism. We’ll guide you through creating your own painted canvas to proudly take home at the end of a magical evening.

Have an 8–12 year old who loves to create? 🎨

We have three specialist summer workshops running at Scribble Studio in Bingley, designed especially for older children who love drawing, design, illustration and creative challenges.

Each workshop is 3 hours long, giving children time to properly get stuck in, learn new skills, explore ideas and create something they feel proud of.

Learn fashion illustration techniques, explore pose, pattern, colour and style, and create contemporary fashion-inspired artwork

🎮 VIDEO GAME ART

Design characters, game worlds, power-ups, logos and cover art. Perfect for children who love gaming, drawing and imaginative design

🌸 KAWAII & MANGA ILLUSTRATION

Learn to draw cute kawaii characters and manga-inspired illustrations in a fun, friendly workshop

We’re so lucky to work with brilliant teachers, artists and creative professionals who can share their skills, knowledge and industry insight with the children… and we think the results speak for themselves!

All sessions are friendly, welcoming and suitable for different abilities. All staff hold enhanced DBS certificates, and workshops are led by trained teachers, artists or creative professionals.

It’s all go at Scribble Studio at the minute! So here’s a little behind-the-scenes update 💛

Our Crowdfunder reached its original end date on 28th July, and we’re beyond amazed and grateful for everything that’s happened so far!

We’ve decided to keep the Crowdfunder open a little longer so we can add one final exciting reward: a Sip & Paint evening for adults at an amazing local venue.

Tickets will go live this Thursday, so set your reminders! It’s going to be such a lovely evening and we can’t wait to share more.
