Today Big Babies had fun with feathers and plastic eggs, together with colouring and creating art with making collages with coloured paper.

These activities are good for fine motor skills, and creativity!

We also continued with the yellow theme.

We named the horse 🐴 Pancake 🥞!! We talked about Shrove Tuesday, looked at and played with ingredients and utensils related to the special day

Happy Chinese New Year 🧧🐴from The Big Babies we had pretend horse 🐎 riding lessons, lots of loose parts play and lots of red and gold

Todays colour in middle babies is Orange! We started the day by gathering anything orange we could find round our room and then we got to painting our foxes with the paint dobbers. We then had lots of fun finishing the foxes off this afternoon with googly eyes and black noses. Throughout the day we have spoken about how foxes move, where they live and what they sound like 🦊🧡🍊

This week middle babies are learning all about colours, tying this in with the colours of nature and today we were learning about green. We had lots of fun painting our cotton wool trees! Who has seen the snowdrops popping up already? 🌳🌿🍃
