Celebrating incredible learner growth today. Andrea’s dedication, support and high‑quality assessment practice have helped this learner achieve far more than a qualification — she’s grown into the practitioner she set out to become. Proud to see such meaningful progress.

'Andrea has been an absolutely amazing assessor throughout my NVQ journey. From the start, she was so supportive and helpful, and she really understood how to get the best out of me, even when I was struggling. Working through modules like communication, person centred care, and policies and procedures could have felt quite dry and box ticking, but Andrea made sure I properly understood the reasoning behind them and how they applied to my day to day role, not just the theory.
I've always hated public speaking and found the idea of endpoint assessment really nerve wracking, but Andrea took the time to prepare me properly and gave me the confidence to get through it. We've been through a lot together over what has been a long journey, and I honestly don't think I'd be where I am now without her support. She hasn't just helped me pass an apprenticeship, she's helped me grow into the person I set out to become when I started this whole process, especially when it comes to how I communicate and put the person I'm supporting at the centre of everything I do.

🔥 Huge news for employers and future apprentices!

As a training provider committed to opening doors for young people, we’re excited to share a major government update that will transform opportunities for 16–24 year olds.

🌟 From 1 August 2026, all eligible apprentices aged 16–24 will have their training and assessment costs fully funded.
That means 100% funding — no co‑investment, no barriers, just high‑quality skills development.

For levy‑paying employers, this removes the 25% co‑investment once levy funds are used. For non‑levy employers, it means every eligible apprentice under 25 is fully funded from day one.

This applies across the full Growth and Skills offer:
✔️ Apprenticeships
✔️ Foundation apprenticeships
✔️ Apprenticeship units

💼 Every employer benefits — large or small.
🎓 Every eligible young person gains access to life‑changing training.
