The last GCSE science exam is tomorrow morning & I had my last year 11 lesson this morning. I know I say it every year but I always feel a little sad losing my year 11 tutees. I’ve had such wonderful tutees this year (& I say that every year too!). Some I’ve tutored since year 8 and others are siblings of previous students and I’ve really get to know them & their families. Some I’ve tutored in their homes, some online, some a bit of both and some are in Hong Kong. Thank you so much for all your lovely reviews, kind words and gifts. Wishing you and all other GCSE students the best of luck in the physics paper 2 tomorrow and in all your future adventures too! 🌟

PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) is a less well known profile of the Autism Spectrum, which requires very different support strategies. I have taught PDA students previously when I worked in out-of-school provision, but it great to have completed this excellent training course run by the PDA Society to support PDA students in my science tutoring.
