Please know that when booking us you can be sure that you, your guests and our wonderful animals are in safe hands. We have almost 40 years experience between us teaching young and old all over the North East. We are not a company that puts animals on heads for wow factors or takes them into noisy or unsuitable environments.
Our animals are traveled in a specially adapted animal welfare vehicle which is heated and can heat each individual enclosure. Our animals are provided suitable housing at events not plastic tubs and boxes. We have love and respect for our animals.

When setting up for an event we require an hour minimum to make sure all animals are happy and have correct temperatures. For outdoor events this takes up to 2 hours. We won’t take animals outdoors at times of the year that are unsuitable for them individually.

Our aim is to educate in a fun but fair way. Unfortunately not all companies follow the same standards. Even basic care needs are not always met which saddens us greatly.

We try and help re home as many animals as possible, especially ones that many rescues won’t take due to their complex needs. We have many animals that aren’t suitable for meeting people so they don’t.
