Krystyna Kemp Language Tuition French language clubs for primary school children French language tuition for children 0-11+ years. I am also CELTA certified to teach English to adults.

Here is a little about me and my work experience...

I am passionate about teaching French to children. I have a 2:1 degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) and Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the University of Essex and spent a year studying in France at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. I lived and worked in France for 8 years; including working in a Bilingual nursery school, te

aching English in French Primary schools and running an English speaking playgroup. I have been running La Jolie Ronde French Clubs since 2017 and run open centre clubs as well as lunch time and after school clubs in local primary schools. I have also recently been appointed as the French Teacher at a local Independent School. I love being able to pass on my love of the French language and culture to children and seeing them flourish in second language learning is so rewarding. Please get in touch for more information!

📚What an amazing end to World Book Week! 📚
Some of the clubs enjoyed listening to 🦶 Les orteils n’ont pas de nom 🦶 by Jean Leroy and Matthieu Maudet. They then gave their toes names too, using their favourite words in French.
It was fantastic to see their creativity and imagination come to life in their pictures.

I came across this podcast on one of the Facebook language groups I am part of and found it fascinating to listen to. My husband, Paul, has always said I am different when I speak French!
Having studied French to university level, it wasn’t until I moved to France and lived there for several years that I really became fluent and confident in the language. I suppose subconsciously I took on a new persona without realising?
Do I have any bilingual or multilingual followers? I’d love to know your experience of it!

Can speaking another language change your behaviour, your decisions, even your morals?

Today’s Year 3 and 4 club at IFJS were working hard on recognising masculine and feminine nouns and creating their own songs with all the food they find yummy. They also completed a listening/writing activity filling in the missing items on the shopping list.
