A wonderful day of learning at Barleylands Farm! 🌿🐴🐄🐷🫧

Our children enjoyed meeting a gentle pony, feeding the cows, stroking a baby pig and chasing bubbles.

These special experiences help children develop so many skills. Through caring for animals, taking turns and trying new things, they are building empathy, patience, independence and a sense of responsibility. Every interaction encourages confidence, curiosity and respect for living things.

Learning comes alive when children can explore nature firsthand. 💚

🥳HAPPY 100TH BIRTHDAY DAVID ATTENBOROUGH🥳

The children have loved celebrating David Attenborough's special birthday with an animal-filled day packed with fun and creativity.
We explored ice painting, enjoyed some baking, created our own safari animal masterpieces and took part in a variety of exciting tuff tray activities to discover and explore the animal world🐵🐘🐍🦒

Our over two's time at the farm..

They loved counting ducks, picking flowers, checking on the goats and gently petting them, Truly embracing their roles as our little farmers for the day.
It was a wonderful hands-on experience filled with curiosity, learning and lots of smiles!!🐐🐖🌽
