On Thursday December 6th we have a Celebration of the Magnificent English goose. A supper, using birds from Great-Clerkes farm in Saffron Walden. Heston B's favourite goose. try goose this Christmas, this class shows you how.

As you know our Florentine chef Mario Pozzi has some thing of a Bread making fe**sh. In this class we will concentrate on producing a rich range of Artisan Breads to Include
Sour dough breads filled breads, Ciabatta , focaccia and many more maybe even the classic Pannettone
