Tarka Tots delivers full day care for children from 3 months to under 8 years old. The team consists of experienced and well qualified staff. The Director holds a level 7 qualification and is a Fellow of the institute of leadership and management. Our Managers hold a Foundation Degree and NVQ level 4's respectively. We are committed to delivering a high level of customer service, and are uncomprom

ising on quality. We recognise we are intrusted with your most precious possession, which is why we do not use agency staff and we have an extremely low staff turn over. Our commitment to you is to provide high quality care and education within a safe homely environment. We offer flexible grant funding, full day care, accept nursery vouchers and 2gether funding. Hot meals are available and we provide Breakfast, Lunch and Tea if required. Healthy snacks and drinks are offered throughout the day, and our Chefs can cater for specific dietary requirements.

RECRUITING
Due to Maternity leave and our growing waiting list in Bideford and South Molton we are recruiting. We have two positions available in Bideford we are looking for:
A Full time and part time experienced practitioner preferably with a Level 3 award in Early Years and Childcare. The ideal candidate can work well in a team and will have good communication skills and have a passion for Early years. You will be professional, dedicated and have the ability to inspire others.
In South Molton we are looking for a Part time experienced practitioner to help cover holidays clubs, Staff holidays and training and illness days.

From attending the children’s productions and parents’ meetings to sharing special “wow” moments, your involvement has meant so much.
