More than just a gym 🧡

I know a lot of you have been asking the team about the Winter Ball this year and I know this post will be disappointing.

I had booked and planned for the annual G4 Winter Ball especially as we are celebrating 10 years of G4 however these past few months have been extremely difficult for me personally and sadly I just don't have the heart to organise it this year.

Tracy was a huge help to me behind the scenes and she loved to glam up every year - the dress & shoes buying was an event in itself! 🥰
Right now, I just cannot face turning up knowing she won't be there. 💔

I will organise something fun over the next few months for us to get together, have a few drinks & giggles and I promise to come back strong next year for you all with a fantastic party to make up for missing out this year. 🧡

Today we say our final farewell to Tracy.

Please bear with us....we may not be as quick with messages and enquiries as usual but the gym is staffed and open throughout the day and classes will go ahead as scheduled this evening....just as Tracy would have wanted. 🧡

Now let's talk about hearts.....🤍🤍🤍

In the gym we have a box of wooden hearts 💕

You are invited to write a message on a heart.🤍

Please just take just one, write your message then deposit it in the "post box" 📦 in the gym.
You can write whatever you want to say - we won't be reading them. 🔐
Every heart will be attached to Tracy's casket so that she is literally surrounded by all our love. 🥰

Much love
Jen 🧡

I am absolutely heartbroken to tell you that Tracy passed away peacefully at home earlier today with her beloved James & Jay by her side.

Tracy left as she lived; strong, brave and on her own terms.

G4 won't ever be the same without her.
She is simply irreplaceable and we will all miss her in so many ways.
She was so special.....beautiful inside and out.

An incredible woman who was fierce yet gentle, tough but so kind-hearted and a woman whose unforgettable, vibrant & incorrigible spirit will be so deeply missed by all of us who loved her.

We will do all we can to continue to show up for you but please bear with us.
We are devastated but we will pull together like we always do to support Jay, James and each other.

🧡
