📚✨ Last week marked the final session of this year’s Sixth Form PSHE programme! After a demanding and hardworking academic year, our students enjoyed a well-deserved break, relaxing in the Forest School area and toasting s’mores around the campfire 🔥🌲

We wish all our Sixth Formers a restful and refreshing summer – a perfect time to recharge and prepare for the challenges of next year’s A Levels. Well done to everyone for your resilience and dedication throughout the year!

Today we welcomed TEZ to our school as part of our PSHE programme 🎤✨

TEZ performed live for students in Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12, combining music with powerful storytelling about their own journey through mental health challenges 💭 and recovery 🌱.

They spoke openly and honestly about struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem, and how music became a positive outlet during difficult times. TEZ also shared their personal experiences with alcohol, smoking, and drug misuse 🍷🚬🚫—highlighting the impact these had on their health, relationships, and career, and how they were able to turn their life around.

Students were truly moved by their story and left feeling inspired, informed, and empowered to make positive life choices.

A huge thank you to TEZ for your honesty, strength and for being such a powerful role model for our young people 💫

Today we were delighted to welcome back two of our former Sixth Form students, Isaac Lo and Ginny Chan, for a visit to Kingsley School this week!

Isaac is currently studying Engineering at the University of Exeter ⚙️, while Ginny is reading Economics at the University of Melbourne 📊. It was wonderful to see them both again, hear about their university experiences 🎓, and watch them reconnect with their old teachers and classmates.

They were also impressed to see how much the school has evolved since their time here 🏫✨

Thank you, Isaac and Ginny, for taking the time to visit — we’re so proud of you both and wish you continued success in your studies! ⭐

After two intense weeks of mock exams, our Year 13 students took a well-earned break with a mindful walk around the school grounds, embracing the sights and sounds of spring. 🌸🐦

Managing stress and maintaining mental wellbeing is just as important as academic success. Taking time to step away, breathe, and reconnect with nature can help refresh the mind and improve focus.

We were thrilled to welcome back three of our former students this week as they returned to collect their results and share their inspiring journeys. Isaac is excelling in his Engineering studies at the University of Exeter 🎓, Merci is pursuing her passion for Occupational Therapy at the University of Coventry 💼, and Sadie is enjoying a well-deserved gap year before heading to university to study Classics 📚. It was a pleasure to reconnect with them and hear about their exciting futures. We wish them every success as they continue to make Kingsley proud! 🌟
