🍂 Getting Ready for a Great Start to the New School Year! 🍂

🌞 We hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful summer holiday! We hope you've had chance to relax, recharge and make special memories with family and friends.

💚As we get ready to welcome children back to school on Wednesday 2nd September, it's a good idea to start rebuilding some school-time routines.

⏰️During the summer break, sleep patterns, mealtimes and daily structure often become a little more relaxed, which is completely normal! However, re-establishing routines can help make the return to school feel smoother and less overwhelming.

✅ Start resetting sleep schedules 3-5 days before school begins by gradually moving bedtimes and wake-up times earlier.
✅ Reintroduce familiar routines such as reading before bed, laying out clothes for the next day and enjoying breakfast at the table.
✅ Limit screen time for at least an hour before bedtime, as overstimulation can affect sleep quality.
✅ Plan a calm, organised first morning back to help your child feel confident and ready for the day ahead.
