The East Riding Music Hub, led by the Schools’ Music Service, will be able to deliver the four core roles and the three extension roles of the National plan For Music Education. The East Riding Music Education Hub enriches the lives of children and the community by delivering education through music. Building on our reputation for excellence, we will harness local and national partnerships to provide every child with sustainable and inclusive pathways to access great music.

The countdown begins! East Riding Senior Wind Band and East Riding Percussion Ensemble are off to the National Festival of Music For Youth in Birmingham in July. They will be performing in world renowned concert venues such as Symphony Hall and the CBSO centre. A very exciting day ahead!

The Halle Orchestra and Goole's newest youth ensemble DeltaSide are holding a concert this Wednesday evening from 6.30pm at Goole Academy.
This family friendly concert uses the gaming world as an avenue - the young musicians have explored the friendships and rivalries of gaming characters and explored the unique environments they inhabit in brand-new music composed and performed by the ensemble DeltaSide.

What a fabulous day with our young brass players and the East Riding of Yorkshire Band The Brass Blast day was the step of our partnership together and the development of a youth brass band. What a fantastic start - well done everyone. Can't wait for our next adventure!
