Each run won’t be much more than a mile cos some costumes are a little prohibitive 🤣

We’ll get to know you and you’ll get to know us. Discuss your previous training, things you’ve struggled with in the past, current training goals and we’ll show you HOW and WHY Dynamic Fitness is more than just a regular gym.

GYM TOUR.

Take a tour of where it all happens with the main floor of the gym! This area is designated for our DYNAMICFIT, HYROX and OPEN GYM sessions! For those not ready for the main floor yet but might be looking into 1-1 PT our private PT studio will be perfect for you. BOTH kitted out with the latest high quality & Concept2 gym equipment, giving you all the tools you need to be fit, strong and dynamic.

LIFTING WORKSHOP.

We teach you the fundamental free weight movements of a DYNAMICFIT session, showing you how to Squat, Bench and Deadlift heavy with great technique. We believe everyone has the right to lift the barbell and get seriously strong with the right guidance.

HYROX CHALLENGE

Get a taste for the fitness race taking the UK by storm. A HYROX leaderboard challenge to get members and potential members involved, a challenge that tests your fitness and strength. Come and see how accessible hyrox is to any ability. You just need a bit of grit.
