🎆 🎃✨ What a busy few weeks we’ve had at preschool! ✨🎃 🎆

We’ve been celebrating lots of special events and learning opportunities together. The children loved getting creative with our Halloween activities — from spooky crafts to dressing up in their spooky outfits, there were smiles (and a few little scares!) all around! 👻

We also explored Diwali, learning about the Festival of Lights and enjoying colourful activities to celebrate this beautiful tradition. 🪔

Next came Bonfire Night, where we made our own “sparklers,” created firework paintings, explored bonfire tuff trays, and shared stories about the children’s own Bonfire Night experiences. We also talked about the importance of fire safety to help everyone stay safe during the celebrations.

We also marked Remembrance Day with thoughtful discussions and some beautiful colouring. We are so proud of our children for showing such respect — we even managed to take part in a one-minute silence, and they did brilliantly. ❤️

It’s been such a wonderful few weeks full of learning, creativity, and care — well done everyone! 🌟

🍂 Last Week at Pre-School 🍂
We had a wonderful time exploring the season of Autumn! The children created some beautiful autumn themed artwork and had so much fun discovering the different coloured leaves in the nature park. 🍁🍃
We also worked on developing our physical skills in the hall using footballs – lots of energy, teamwork, and big smiles all around! ⚽😁
Another fantastic week of learning, creativity, and fun! 💛

✨ We’re so happy to be back at Pre-School after the summer holidays! 🌞 It's been wonderful hearing about all of the children’s summer adventures – so many exciting stories! 🏖️
This term, our topics have been “All About Me” and “All About Our Families.” The children have loved bringing in photos to share with their friends, showing off their family members. We’ve also had so much fun using play dough to create self portraits 🎨, and our mark making skills have been in full action as the children draw who lives in their homes. 🏠
Outdoor play has been a hit too! 🚴‍♀️ 🛴 We've enjoyed time on bikes, scooters, and soft play!
We can’t wait to see what this week brings! 😊
