Really looking forward to this one!

Chesham 1879 is a super place to host a wellness lunch, so we are lucky to have such a great club and location.

Excited to have Katie Rothwell | Chronic pain therapist come and speak. She will be talking about the gut-brain relationship, our nervous system and so much more!

Gazza and I will be creating a nutritious and yummy lunch, for all to share together.

Jess Paterson will also be joining us, so you can easily top up on your TROPIC needs!

What is most amazing is we will be raising awareness for Parkinson’s UK and more importantly padel4parkinsons and the amazing stuff they do.
