Application acceptance closes Friday 30th Jan 2026.

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our therapeutic, alternative provision team helping support our young people to re-engage with learning and achieve their potential.

Using our beautiful 16 acre site and much loved animals we promote the benefits of spending time in the great outdoors offering a unique opportunity to learn through nature.

This is a rewarding supportive role for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives. Experience working with young people with complex needs and trauma informed training is desirable. Comprehensive training will be given during induction. Enjoyment of the great outdoors, come rain or shine, necessary!
