The closing date for secondary school applications is midnight on 31 October 2023.

The Story Train team are offering a free holiday club each Wednesday for children in the Durham Dales. 📚

***Announcing The Railway Children Holiday Club this summer for 7 - 11 years in Weardale***

Each Wednesday from July 26th to August 30th (11.30 - 1pm) The Story Train team will be running a holiday club with a free healthy lunch for Years 3 to 6, (aged 7 - 11 year olds) for primary school pupils in Weardale (Witton le Wear, Frosterley, Wolsingham, Stanhope Barrington, St John Chapel, Wearhead and Rookhope).

There are limited spaces which are offered on a first come, first served basis. The holiday club is a drop off holiday club due to limited spaces on The Story Train. To sign up, please visit this link: https://forms.gle/pGi8DYxugKCsP4pR8

Over the last couple of weeks, Class 1 have designed and made their bag tags. We have worked extremely hard to cut the fabric, stitch the pieces together and add embellishments. The bag tags are now finished and we think they look incredible! 🎒🪡
