CobraFIT Derby is a friendly, small-group exercise class where everyone works at their own pace.

Whether you’re already active or just getting back into exercise, there’s no pressure to be the fittest in the room - we’re there to encourage each other, have a bit of fun and leave feeling better than when we arrived.
