Next week, the UK will experience a partial solar eclipse as the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth. 🌍🌙☀️

Make it a fun family learning adventure with simple space-themed activities that spark curiosity and create lasting memories.

☀️🚀 Remember: Never look directly at the Sun. View the eclipse safely using certified eclipse glasses or a pinhole projector.

A special Turnditch tradition - our Year 6 pupils taking their final walk through the Leavers' Arch.
As they leave us to begin exciting new adventures, we wish each and every one of them the very best for the future. We are so proud of you all!

Infant children had such a lovely day at Peak Wildlife Park for our school trip this week🦓🐧🦘🦦

The children thoroughly enjoyed walking around the park, seeing and feeding the animals. The children were engaged, enthusiastic, and represented the school brilliantly throughout the day. Also, a huge thank you to our parent helpers.

Huge congratulations to our amazing Year 6 children, who have worked with determination and resilience throughout their primary journey. You should all be incredibly proud of everything you have achieved!

We are absolutely delighted that our SATs results are above the national average – a fantastic achievement that reflects the hard work, dedication and commitment of our children, staff and families.

The success of our Year 6 children belongs to our entire Turnditch community. From the foundations laid by staff across the school to the encouragement and support of our families, this achievement reflects the collective effort of everyone who helps our children thrive every day. Thank you!

💦🎉 What better way to celebrate our fantastic Year 6 SATs results than with a water slide and assault course!

Our junior children had an amazing afternoon of fun, laughter and well-deserved celebration.

A huge thank you to RS Coaching for providing such a fantastic afternoon for our children (and staff) – they absolutely loved it! 💙

We couldn’t be prouder of our amazing juniors and their fantastic performance of Robin Hood! 🌟

Their confidence, enthusiasm, and teamwork shone from start to finish, and they truly brought the story to life. It was an absolute joy to watch.
