Well..What an adventure lock down has been. New skills and adaptions being learnt everyday.. I have been providing home tutoring sessions throughout the pandemic via Zoom, Microsoft teams and Google meets.. next term I shall remain flexible to suit you guys, I am happy to continue online or get back to home visits, obviously home visits will have to be slightly different with COVID-19 protections in place.
I currently have space for 2 more weekly evening clients, this could be increased slightly if all
Appointments are online, and spaces during the day on Tuesday and Thursdays..

Hi,
My name is Layla, I’ve been a secondary school science teacher for 14 years, I left teaching when my daughter was born 3 years ago and retrained as a forest school practitioner. I now run Sunshine forest school, a successful local forest school, I do holiday clubs, home education groups, toddler groups, after school clubs and I provide a weekly forest school session for kingfisher nursery.
Since I left teaching I have done private tutoring in the evening for secondary age children, I currently work with Ecclesbourne School, Belper school, John Flamstead and home education students. I follow all curriculums and no curriculum.. I also do A level Biology tutoring.

I’m now fully booked for regular slots, but I will be taking on more students as we approach exam time. I will have 3 hour long sessions on Saturday free from March!
