I have returned from Borneo after a fantastic trip leading a group of amazing young people. 👏🙂

Photo below is of our time clearing some jungle previously used for logging, then planting new tree saplings that will encourage wildlife back into the area. Thankfully no injuries were had with the machetes! What you don't see in the photo is the millions of mosquitoes and the sweaty, sweaty, humidity! 🥵🤣

Yoga classes are running through the whole of August. If your usual classes have stopped for the summer feel free to come along to get your yoga fix!

Don't worry, everyone feels like that in a plank!

Sometimes in a yoga class it feels like everyone else is just chilling and making it look easy.
But they are probably thinking the same thing about you 🙂

The best thing to do (although I know it's tricky), is focus on you. Your mat, your space, your practice.

So what if you flop to the mat during plank or wobble over in a tree pose? 🤷‍♀️😉
We don't mind!
