We first shared Hannah’s story during Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2024. Now two years on, we catch up with Hannah who is employed as a service manager at Transitions Care Ltd in Aberdeenshire.

We require to recruit a suitably qualified Health & Social Care Assessor/s, covering Scotland, who will work remotely using Microsoft Teams, e-portfolio, email and telephone to deliver qualifications to employees liaising with their managers.
You must be occupationally competent with a proven track record of working in Care Home settings at a senior level, preferably up to SCQF Level 10, and possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Full or Part Time considered.
