Another international honour for Conan O'Doherty 🏃‍♂️⛰️🌍

Congratulations to Conan O'Doherty, who has earned another Northern Ireland & Ulster selection following last weekend's trial race and will compete at the British & Irish U18 & U20 Mountain Running Championships in Newcastle on 12 September.

Earlier this summer, Conan represented Northern Ireland & Ulster at the World Mountain Running Association (WMRA) U18 Mountain Running Cup in Italy, competing against some of the world's leading young mountain runners. He produced an impressive performance, finishing 54th overall and as Northern Ireland's second scorer.

We are delighted to see Conan recognised with another representative honour and look forward to following his progress in Newcastle.

We are so proud of you Conan. 👏

Memories of the 2003 victory over St Mary's, Magherafelt and a interview with the man of the match, Mark Lynch. Some great footage of the supporter celebrations.

Its hard to believe its 23 years since the final in Casement Park, Belfast.

🏅Congratulations Grace! Irish U18 International Silver in Scotland 🏅

Grace Evans claimed a superb silver medal in the 400m while representing Ireland at the Scottish U18 Championships.
Her time of 58.06 secured second place in a thrilling finish, with just 0.01 seconds separating the top two athletes as Ireland completed a fantastic one-two.

Next weekend, Grace travels to England to represent Northern Ireland at the UK School Games. 🍀🏃‍♀️

We are so proud of you Grace 👏

A special picture to mark the end of an important and exciting week as we welcomed our new Year 8 students to St Patrick’s College for the first time.

A huge thank you to the parents and guardians of the 228 students who joined Year 8 this week from over 20 different Primary Schools. The College is incredibly proud of each and every one of them, and we sincerely thank you for placing your trust in our school.

We are committed to helping every child achieve success, reach their full potential and, above all, create happy and lasting memories during their time with us.

Our Principal, Mrs Katrina Crilly, is pictured with a selection of our new Year 8 students who represented a number of the Primary Schools they attended during the first seven years of their educational journey.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so special. We wish all our new Year 8 students the very best of luck as they begin their St Patrick’s College experience. We look forward to watching them learn, grow and thrive.

Welcome to St Patrick’s College! 🔵⚪⚫
