A little look back at my recent live cooking demonstration at Taste Mid Ulster in Fivemiletown.

A huge thank you to Mid Ulster District Council for inviting me to share one of my favourite summer afternoon tea menus.

It was wonderful to meet so many people, chat about local food and showcase my family recipes inspired by the fantastic seasonal produce we have locally.

On the menu…

🥂 Apéritivo
• Dart Mountain cheese dart mountain cheese & chutney on homemade potato bread
• Fennel, smoked salmon & grapefruit salad
• Elderflower spritz

🥣 Savoury Prelude
• Roast red pepper & tomato soup
• Homemade Irish focaccia bread

🫖 Freshly Baked Scones
• Served with homemade raspberry jam & clotted cream

• Rhubarb crunch cake

Owner of Lir Seafood Watch, Great British Menu finalist Stevie McCarry showcase his culinary expertise, creativity and passion for local produce in what promises to be an entertaining and inspiring demonstration.

🥗 4:00pm – 5:30pm | Joanna Neeson – WyseBites
Closing the day, Joanna Neeson of WyseBites will demonstrate how wholesome, nutritious food can be both simple to prepare and full of flavour.
