Serving the community for over 50 years, we actively support, promote and encourage the continual development of all of our programme participants. Set up in 1978 in response to the unemployment problem in North & West Belfast, Impactβs experience and expertise combined with its close relationship with the local community has contributed to its success and reputation as a quality training provider. At present Impact caters for over 250 learners and employs around 30 staff; it is contracted by the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) for the delivery of a range of employment programmes, for example:

Impact Training has established and grown its training campus at Lanark Way and at 252 Shankill Road. These premises provide an accessible, modern, and efficient training environment, which offers a full range of training opportunities for the local and wider community. Impact has a long history of cross-community networking and co-operation, and maintains close links with training organisations throughout Belfast and Northern Ireland.
