Today our P3 and P4 pupils had a wonderful and informative visit from Belfast City Council staff and Steve the Street Sweeper! 🧹🚛

Steve taught the children about the importance of keeping our streets and community clean. 🌍♻️
The girls listened and interacted so well!😊

Did you know that it costs 12 million pound to keep the streets of Belfast clean each year??!!
We can all play our part in looking after our environment. 🌎 ♻️

Our Primary 4 children have been very lucky to take part in the The RAISE Active Schools Programme (RASP).

The programme is delivered with the Irish FA Foundation with Ulster Rugby, Ulster GAA and Ulster Hockey.

This is a very exciting programme, and the girls are loving developing their sporting skills.

P2 had a visit from Beverley from Sustrans today - talking about staying healthy through exercise!

They tried different moves and discussed whether they were ‘Walk and Talk’ exercises or ‘Huff and Puff’.
They then played a few different games, testing their running, thinking and sorting skills. 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
