1st 2 weeks of Aug, 4th - 7th & 11th - 14th (Tuesday - Friday), 1 trip inc, 10am - 4pm each day (or 10am-1pm Part Day) 📅

Cost is £45 per day or £149 for the 4-Days 💷inc's trip & all snacks. You just send a lunch each day we do the snack AM & PM 😍

So yes I've been quiet 💯 & to be real & honest I've enjoyed the 'Silence' 🙉, maybe a little too much lol 🤣🫶🏼!!!

I’ve had many messages throughout July from personal & work asking where I am, if all is ok, am I closing etc, but I just needed a little time.

Time to process the last 7 months, time to be present for my family & time to get away from the noise of life in general, because it was loud, messy & chaotic 🙄.....& that time, well it was bliss 😍.

So........I took July OFF, like totally, exclusively OFF OFF (well maybe the odd email or message responded to lol 🧐) & me & my little lady 👧🌈 started the 1st of our adventures 🗺🚗 (holiday Spam to follow), inviting a close friend and her girls 💞💞💞 into our bubble 🫧 of our annual roadtrip to the South of England but 1st stop was Legoland 🧱✨️🌞

We then settled for 3 weeks of our adventures by the Sea 🌊 (My Peace), in a heatwave 🌞 (God's Promise of better days ahead) 🙏, in what is vast becoming our 2nd home - where the days slow down, the nights are fun, memories are made 🥰 & we are surrounded in unconditional love of family & friends with zero expectation, with Hubby 🩵 & Step Son 🧡 flying in to join us half way in 🌈.

Today on the road home as I reflect on the last year there has been such a shift 💭, priorities have changed, big emotions & life events still present anxiety & worry & life has taken a turn my family never expected 😢. Though I am still filled with hope & peace that remaining positive & standing in my faith ✝️ will guide me as needed, it's always in my deepest struggles I am my most creative so you'll soon see the outcome of that come to fruition 🧠✨️!!

So August see's Summer Camp, House move to our forever home and planning for the future of Aspire all of which being done with a clear head yet heavy heart for things I can't change, healthier body & minds yet in somepart longer days and nights but all with work life balance & an awareness of the fragility of life in 'real time' ⏳️!!

I chose to risk stepping back 🫣 in order to process & in particularly mentally prepare & trust the healing process. So now I am ready for the next chapter........

The one where Angst 😵‍💫, worry 👀, fear 🫩 & heartache 💔 can co-exist with Love 💘, Laughter 🤣 & moving forward 👣👣. Life does that - hands us two kinds of weight some bounce, and we can navigate these with planning, mindset & positivity & some break, and we can't control the outcome BUT I've learned to navigate the 'Time' given to this weight, with pause, grace & an understanding it's in God's hands 🙏.
